hello,
long term use of such things may result in serious and sometimes irreversible damage to the user's heart, liver, kidneys, lungs, and brain. Brain damage may result in personality changes, diminished cognitive functioning, memory impairment, and slurred speech.
its good to hear that you want to get out of this addiction
remove reminders of your addiction from your home and work place
seek help from your friends and parents, you can even practice meditation which will help you to engage in peaceful thoughts.
