How Can Acute Stomach Pain With Vaginal Discharges Be Treated?

I am a 41 year old female. I had gastric bypass surgery last year in April. I have done very well post-op and have lost about 110 lbs (currently weigh 145). I have been experiencing pain in my belly button area as well as a vaginal discharge during times of pain. This has been going on for about 3 months but it is has become more intensified since I began a regular exercise program. I have been taking vicoprofen for back pain (alternating with tylenol). The pain leaves me bent over or curled up lying down. Should I go to the ER, GYN doc, bariatric doc, or family doc. It hurts worse when I eat solid foods. I need help asap!!!

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Nice to know that bariatric surgery in the form of gastric bypass worked well for you.
Pain in the umbilical region making you bent over can most probably be due to obstructed umbilical hernia.
Hence I would advise you to consult a Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and ultrasonography or CT scan to confirm.
Vaginal discharge may be unrelated hence please get this checked by a Gynecologist for proper diagnosis and management.
Till then take liquid diet only.
You may also need Barium studies and Endoscopy.
Treatment will obviously as per the cause found.
