How Can Acne With Residual Blackheads And Oily Skin Be Treated?

HI , I am 28 yrs old man and I am still facing the acne problem which is recurring in nature and develop black heads after ance goes. I have oily skin and i have lot of external thing to reduce it. But it did not work any time. please let me know how to get rid from it forever.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne with residual blackheads and oily skin well because hormonal change occurs at particular age and this condition is recurrent. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to wash your face with face wash containing benzoyl peroxide then apply cream containing azelaic acid which is safe and very effective. For inflammatory acne you should start with one of the oral antibiotics like Azithromycin or Minocycline. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables also drink plenty of water. Apply vitamin E before going to bed to fine texture of skin . If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Doctor may prescribe retinoid ointment and antibiotic like clindamycin. Exfoliate your skin with non comedogenic exfoliant oncw a week to remove dead skin.
