Hi,

Your son is abusing anabolic steroids which are responsible for his acne, hair loss, aggression, mood swings etc. The best way to help him would be to motivate him to quit and then to get him in rehab so that he can quit under medical supervision. He will also need a mental health assessment to find out if there are any mental health issues that need to be treated. I agree with your husband that your son should not be on the street as he may end up deteriorating further. Have a talk with him and ask him if he is ready to quit. If not, try to motivate him to seek help.

Best wishes.
