The history is suggestive that you have Varicose veins with complications of Eczema, varicose ulcer at a classical spot. I would advise you the following with reasoning: Varicose veins causing a complication of eczema and varicose ulcer needs the treatment of the varicose veins. - Get a color doppler of the affected lower limb to know the status of the deep and the superficial venous system, incompetent valves, the reflux of the blood and so on. - Local treatment of the ulcer with povidone iodine. - Elevation of the legs. - Use of compression stocking. - Get an appointment of the Surgeon dealing with Varicose veins. - Get operated to correct the defects in the veins. This only can help in healing of the wounds.
