i m 23 year old.I have irregular periods.Periods come only when I take tablets.I am 86kg. I have polycytic ovaries.So reduction in weight is also very difficult for me. What can I do to regularize my periods.. irregular periods

Your irregular periods are due to the polycystic ovaries.You need to get treatment for the PCOS.Get your blood sugar tested.Weight reduction is of utmost importance.
Also you will have to out on oc pills to regularise your periods.Please see your doctor for further management.
