How Can A Testicle Injury With A Thick Fleshy Lump Be Treated?
hello sir, sir, i have problem in my right testicle since last 6 years. my right testicle was hitted by cricket ball in June 2005 and soon i realized that i had a pain in that testicle and it's size was bigger than other one. i met with a doctor and he gave me some medicine. but when i started using medicine i felt more pain so i stooped taking it and pain was also ended but the size of the testicles remained bigger but it was constant with the time. but after 6 years from then one day i realized some pain at the left side of my scrotum . when i checked it i found that it seems as few veins are collapsed in to each other and resulted in a thick lump of flesh. i have also a pain in it. please tell me what i should do and what is this problem and what is its treatment. waiting for your response . yours ankit patel kalyanpur , kanpur
Hi. Noted your history of trauma to the right testicle 6 years ago and then it has remained large in spite of the treatment. Now there is problem with the left testicle that there is pain, few veins are collapsed with a thick lump of flesh. I would advise you the following: Get a clinical evaluation done by an Urologist. Ultrasonography and color doppler examination. Semen analysis. Treatment will depend upon the investigations reports.
