General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Cut on scrotum could be due to dry skin, injury, fungal infection. Proper physical examination should be done by primary care physician to know the cause and status of injury. If it is just injury then do not worry, scrotal skin is enormous capacity to heal. It will heal in 5-7 days.

You can take antibiotic and Diclofenac twice daily to prevent infection. Clean wound by betadine solution twice daily. If it is due to infection then require candid ointment. Apply Cetaphil ointment for dry skin. Wear pure cotton loose inner and keep area clean and dry.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
