Hi

See the problem that you have over your face is surely not scabies.
You seem to have developed an allergic skin reaction due to usage of the bleach.
First of all, you should avoid using it again.
Since you also have a very sensitive skin, so you need to be very cautious in future about the type of skin products that you use over your face.
You should avoid using any harsh chemicals, face cleansers or soaps over the face.
Use only products meant for sensitive skin.
Use a sunscreen regularly in order to prevent aggravation due to sunlight.

Hi,

I can understand your concern for sensitive skin on face.

After reading your detailed query it appears that you are most probably suffering from contact dermatitis super-added with multiple agents. The former is due to contact with an allergen, in your case this might had started with application of belasch which is a well known agent to cause skin sensitive to sun.

As you were exposed to sun then it was super-added with other agents as you described. All of these agents are adding up to the burning and irritation over the skin and now on its extreme is causing bumps.

It is better to consult a dermatologist at the earliest who can prescribe you the best medications meant for this purpose.

For the time being do cold compressions, avoid sun exposure and exposure to other agents.

You can apply fluticasone cream in thin layer at the affected sites and take loratadine tablet.

Take care.
with good health wishes,
