As per your complain the hard lump over the palate, in case if it feels bony hard and you feel that there is bone protuberance with mucosa covering it, it can be a Palatine Torus, while if it is hard but not bony hard it can be an adenoma or a mucocele or a pyogenic granuloma.. The other symptoms of blocked sinuses and nose,runny nose, swollen glands,and enlarged uvula and red spots over tongue can be inflamed cirumvallate papillae are all caused due to Upper respiratory tract infection or common cold and you need to consult a ENT physician and get evaluated and in case of common cold he/she can advise you to take antibiotics like Augmentin, painkiller like Diclofenac potassium, decongestant like Pseudoephadrine [sudafed], mucolytics like Bromohexine, warm saline gargles, steam inhalations and ample of rest..
