How Can A Painful Cyst On The Hymenal Remnant Be Removed?

I seem to have a small but very painful cyst on my hymenal remnant. My doctor wants to put me under a general anesthesia to remove it, but should this be necessary? She said she was concerned if she did it in office that I d bleed. I do have two blood clotting disorders but they cause clotting, not prevent it. (Mthfr and lupus antibody.) Should I get a second opinion?

hello there,
welcome to healthcare magic,

if the cyst is so painful it's better to get it removed.
under General anaesthesia as you have blood clotting disorder for better monitoring in operation theatre. go ahead with your doctor and get it removed.

I hope this solves your query.
