How Can A Miscarriage Be Prevented?

hi... i am 30 years old and i am 3 weeks pregnant. i am scared i'm going to have a miscarriage as i have had two miscarriages in 2012. what should i do, my boyfriend is very exited about this pregnancy, he was very devastated about the two miscarriages. i don't want to ruin his happiness.

Prevent injury and heavy weight lifting.
Avoid excessive work and physical load.

Eat proper food.

Cervical sling operation can be useful for that you have to takr gynecologist consultation.

There are other various method and drug that can be useful.

So consult gynecologist and take proper advise.
Do regular follow up for routine check up of both you and your baby.
