Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have large thigh pimple causing pain which occur because skin has increased sensitivity of getting pigmented and it is due to abundance of sebaceous glands in these areas.Formation of pus and boil type appearance is due to bacterial infection of lesion. I would suggest you to wash area with plain water three times a day. Apply Clindamycin gel on it. You should not prick or touch pimples , exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin and bacteria's. You should apply vitamin C serum at night. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined. Start treatment after proper diagnosis is made out. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , isotretinoin containing ointment or procedures like chemical peel. Avoid exposure to sunlight. Avoid stress. Take supplements rich in vitamin B12. You should drink plenty of water.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
