How Can A Hard Breast Injury With Pain Be Treated?
Hello, I was going to the restroom last night... (in the dark) lol... and walked into the corner of the petition of the wall. The point of the corner is what hit me in my left breast...it was a really hard hit it took my breath almost and is still hurting. But, it is not bruised.

Take rest and avoid exertion that increase pain
Take tablet zerodol sp three times a day
Tablet rantac
Apply volini gel
Apply warm pad application
You can wear elastic crepe bandage to assist the breathing
