How Can A Ganglion Cyst On The Palm Be Treated?

I have a ganglion cyst on the palm side of my non-dominant hand. There is no pain, it has been there about one month. I have had a hand surgeon look at it. Since there is not any pain, he says do not allow anyone to do surgery, since it appears to involve the artery nearest my thumb. I have used a wrist wrap the past week without any noticeable reduction on the cyst size. Others have advised heat or ice to reduce swelling. What do you recommend?

Good day and thank you for posting this question. I will recommend you leave the ganglion as it is. Do not do anything to it. But if you feel pain, kindly see your Surgeon and he will do a careful surgery to remove it .
I hope it helps. Thank you.
