How Can A Dog Bite Be Treated?

Hi I am going to travel next week and yesterday a dog bite me. So my 3rd Rabipur vaccine i will have to take during my trip. Doctor told me that you can inject it yourself and take it with you on travel. As per him airport and flights are above room temperature so can i take vaccine and keep it at room temperature for 1 day? Will it affect the vaccine? Please kindly help me out as i am in dilemma. Thanks in advance
