How Can A Cut Inside The Urethra Be Treated?

Hi I last week my girlfriend performed oral on me and she kind of bit me, and the very next day when I went to urinate i felt a slight burning sensation when I examined my penis a bit further i notice I had two tiny cuts barely visible on the inside of my urethral. It has been one week since my accident and I have been trying to keep the area clean as much as I can and I have been applying neosporing but the process doesn t seem to be getting any better nor worst is there any solutions that can be done to speed up my recovery process?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The following things can be done to overcome the problem you are facing with:
1. Clean the area with mild antiseptic Solution like Savlon twice daily.
2. Take Tablet. Ibuprofen after food for 3 days.
3. Apply Neomycin cream over the lesion twice daily.
4. Drink good quantity of fluids and consume more of citrus fruit juice and butter milk.
5. Wear loose fitting undergarments and abstain from sexual activities till the symptoms subside completely.
Maintain good personal hygiene. Gradually, the lesions should heal by a week time.
