dear
It is really painful and awkward for the soft skin being accidentally exposed to irritant chemicals.
I hope you must have flushed with plenty of water as it is a universal solvent and soother.
we can start with a bland emolient with antiseptic properties like boroline or suthol.
Had I been your treating doctor i would have advised a antiinflammatory with analgesic like lyser d,and a antihistaminic levocet. Please wait and watch for any blisters and do take care of the light well ventilated clothing.
nutritious diet with plenty of fluids is necessary
Take care
hope this helps
most welcome for further queries
