How Can A Cat Scratch On The Hand Be Treated?

Hi . I ve taken idrv 4 doss vaccination between 2 year. I had a cat in my home and before 2 weeks , it scratched me in my hand. It was a small scratch and bit blood came . Cat was okay perfect at that time. Before 2 days , it got ill and died. My parents told me to take idrv again. But i went to a government hospital and the doctor said that there is no idrv vaccination in Banglore government hospital and i needed to take the idrv within 24 hours. The time is already late , so there is no benefit of taking vaccination. I heard that idrv is wildly expensive in private hospitals. I m a student, i can t afford that much money. So my parents want me to come back and take idrv in my native place. It s available free there. It s ending time for my studies. So it s hard to go back. What should i do? Is there anywhere i get idrv free in bangalore? How much it will cost for idrv in private hospitals?
