How Can A Bruised Lump Between The Eye And Nose Be Treated?

My son, 17yrs, has a bump that is beneath the corner of his right eyebrow above his eye next to the bridge of his nose. It is tender to the touch and appears bruised. When I stretch the eyebrow up there is a clear knot in the center about the size of a dull pencil lead. Should we be concerned enough to visit er? My husband just list his job and our insurance.

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have angular dermoid or some other lesion. Treatment of choice is surgery. You should go for excision of lump. Then go for histopathological examination. Ho for further treatment if needed.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
