How Can A STI Be Diagnosed?

Hi doc, i have tested 4th gen combo test in Australia at sex clinic. I have done the test after 67 days. Result came negative with all other STIs. Could you please let me know it is conclusive as i have some rashes, mouth ulcer, numb while sleeping in hands and legs.do i need to repeat the test? I am soo afraid
