How can PCO be treated and ? How can my weight be reduced ?

i am 24 yrs was married 3yrs back. I am over weight and suffering from pco since last 5yrs. Docter s says that i will have to take leposcopy. I am affraid of that do pco have any other solution. To reduce my weight i did lots of exercise, took many medicins but still i am 80 in weight. Please suggest me some solution? Physically i dont have any prob no pains nothing.

PCOS is invariable due to Insulin resistance. It is more common in obese women. Laproscopy is a very simple procedure, you dont have any fear, please under go this simple procedure and get the final diagnosis. Drugs like Metformin are very useful along with herbals like EveCare. Your Gynec will take you forward.
Weight management is crucial, drink full glassof water before each meal,eat one full cucumber before each major meals. Sweets and Icecream to be seen at a kilometer distance. Regular walk is a must.
