See here, You need to stop smoking first. Otherwise whatever you do it will not improve. Avoid sun exposure. Apply sunscreen lip balm during day. Apply lemon juice and glycerine on lips twice a day Avoid biting or removing skin from lips. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Eating almonds also lightens lips. Consult your Dermatologist if no improvement.
