weight gaining is more likely as there is lack of active exercise and having more food,fat,carbohydrate
and protein thinking that baby may be healthy due to diet.
Now you have to go for active exercise,there is no other option.
You have to spare some time for exercise.
Go for walking,swimming,abdominal exercise
,leg raising exercise.
Cut down fat and carbohydrate from your diet.
Take less tea,coffee,cold
drinks and ice creams etc.
