my chest getting bigger as breast what should i do to make it normal before 4 years i was so fat. but after i get slim naturally, but my chest seems like breast. what should i do to make it normal?

hence you needed to be clinically examined to rule out the above cause..,
treatment is surgery.., surgical excision of the breast tissue is the treatment available..
