Hi, i mm 33 yr old unmarried girl, wight 46 kg, height 5 3 , my tummy size is 31 inch which seems more than the normal. How can i reduce the same as early as possible, please suggest

You can reduce your tummy size by taking following treatment-
Avoid oily & spicy food specialy at night
Take dinner up to 8 pm
Go for walking at least 2 km after dinner
