How can I reduce fat accumulation near hands, thighs and stomach ?

hiii...i m 2o yr oldsince 2 months my churbies near hands,thies and near stomach have been increased???how can i loss them????

walk 4 km daily, dont sit for long time,eat on regular timings.Bowel should be clear so take Triphala churna 2 tsf daily at bed time along with worm water. Drink plenty of worm water.

u have obesity.
do exercise daily-running,walking etc
avoid oily and spicy food
eat and sleep regularly
take more fruits and veg ,avoid junk food .
do yoga and pranayam.
there is no short cut to cut ur fat.
it will take time,but will work for sure
