How can I reduce abdominal fat through natural ways? Is it safe to take weight loss pills?

yes my age is 38. i have belly stomach and want to get rid of it by natural way. now a days we see that everywhere there pills given to get rid of it but i dont know wheather it is safe or not. i get up at 7 o clock morning and till 11.30 i cant have my breakfast and even drink water. what shall i do i cant change my rotin.
