How Can I Prevent Obsession With Watching Diet And Calories Affecting My Health?

Hello. I used to starve myself for a long time. I would eat anywhere between 0 to 500 calories a day in order to lose weight. In about two month I lost 30 lbs. Ever since then, I ve developed a unhealthy relationship with food, finding that if I ate a normal amount of food, I would gain weight. I m trying to figure out how I can maintain my weight and eat a normal amount of calories without gaining weight.

Dear, It seems to be a behavioral issue. No need to starve to lose weight. You should eat balanced diet. Don't eat too much fatty and sweet food, otherwise you can take normal diet. No need to fearful of food. Don't change your diet frequently. If you are unable to do it, consult a good psychiatrist. Best wishes...
