checked.u may be anemic. so you can meet a physician and follow his advice. in home you can increse the intake of proteins
like egg,chicken etc. if veggy then milk soya,sprouts.you can ttake multivitamin
capsules. take more greeny leafy veg in food. do regular exercise and take water atleast 3 to 4 lit per day.but first consult the doctor .
