Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Good Day
You need to learn to relax. Try deep breathing exercises, Pranayam and Yoga as they help a lot. You need to do things by yourself and gain control of your life to be confident and secure. You can read good self-help books like THE MONK WHO SOLD HIS FERRARI which has been helpful for many people. Also, eat fresh natural food, no junk food, colas etc. Drink plenty of water to detoxify you. Sleep everyday for 6-8 hours. Exercise everyday for 40 minutes atleast by brisk walking, or you can join a gym. Keep busy and you won't feel insecure. You may speak to a Psychiatrist who will be able to help you best in your situation if the above techniques don't work. GOOD LUCK !!!!

Welcome to Healthcare Magic forum.

Stress excites our nervous system. Constant stress leads to exhaustion of nervous system giving rise to several disturbances in our body such as gastritis, inflammation, lack of sleep, fatigue etc.

The best way to manage stress is by understanding the cause and thinking about the positive course of action. Thought stopping techniques will be of great help in modifying the reaction to stress.

Everyday practice of deep left nostril breathing (inhale-exhale through left nostril only) for 20 mins is advisable to overcome adverse effects of stress.
