Psychiatrist 's  Response
Thanks for your query. As you rightly pointed out stress and depression can worsen your blood sugar levels by acting on sympathetic system. I suggest you to undergo a thorough psychiatric evaluation for depression/ anxiety disorders so that appropriate psychotropic medication can be prescribed. Stress reduction strategies can be learnt from a clinical psychologist. Yoga, meditation and breathing relaxation exercises may be beneficial. Wish you good health.

First of all its high time to understand that stress is directly proportional to your BS, so relax and avoid stress.
Homeopathy gives promising results for Diabetes, its non invasive & is safest medicine known. Do regular exercise, take balance diet, and start Homeo treatment,it can also be taken with the conventional medicine with ease.
wish you good health
