One should have atleast sleep of 7 to 9 hrs. Your reflection of tiredness
due to lack
of sleep is not unusual in any case.In awake status no body has controle on thinking

as well.During sleep you get mental as well
physical rest.To feel fresh mental as well physical rest is very essential.You do not
require any medication for this correcting your sleep habit only will correct your complain. Thanks
