How can I overcome lack of sleep ?

Hi sir, I haven t a good sleep in night, usually i gone to bed at 10.30, but i finally sleep at 2.00 pm, so it causes me a tired in day, and also make it a stress, so pls advice..

Thanks for query.
It seems that you might have less physical activity during day time or not doing any exercise.
Un necessary thoughts before going to sleep also will affect your sleep.
Remove tension,see good tv channel,read good books before going to sleep
Do not go for sleeping pills.
Do regular exercise like running,swimming etc daily for 30- 40 mnt.

Hi well come to HCM.
One should have atleast sleep of 7 to 9 hrs. Your reflection of tiredness due to lack
of sleep is not unusual in any case.In awake status no body has controle on thinking
process and that adds to your mental stress as well.During sleep you get mental as well
physical rest.To feel fresh mental as well physical rest is very essential.You do not
require any medication for this correcting your sleep habit only will correct your complain. Thanks
