Psychiatrist Dr. Keerthish Shetty's  Response
Difficulty to concentrate in studies and unnecessary worries can be due to anxiety, depression or during any stressful situation (in this case, problems are transient). Since, you yourself have mentioned that you are depressed, you might watch our for other symptoms like decreased interest in studies or previously pleasurable activities, disturbed sleep/appetite and feelings of hopelessness and worthlessness. It is always advisable to consult a specialist who, after detailed examination, can decide whether you need treatment or not.
