You haven't mentioned your height and weight? Start exercising like Cardio, Swimming, Skipping, Crunches for an Hour daily. Eat healthy fiber rich fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Avoid Junk. You can also go for Brisk walking for 30 to 40 minutes daily.
Do not go for dieting, Eat breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and supper like a Pauper. Have a glass of water before meals, this will reduce your food intake and overeating. Follow this routine for a month religiously, you will see better changes.
