Hello and welcome to healthcare forum.
Anal fissure is a break in the lining skin of the anal canal(depth), usually occurs as a consequence of constipation and sometimes severe diarrhea and leads to symptoms like pain during defection and sometimes but not always bleeding alonge with stool.
Treatment is by soothing ointments, avoiding constipation, avoiding junk and spicy foods and if not treated by above measures then surgery.
I hope i have answered all your queries.
Best wishes for your health.
