How Can I Improve My Concentration ?

Hello doctor , i am charan(male) and i am 18 years old and i am having a problem from many days that i am not able to concentrate on my studies. Whenever i read a topic i understand that very well but when i try to write some thing i forget it completely and in home my parents are pressurisng me so much to get atleast 0% of marks but the thing is i am not able to concentrate when ever i open my bookk i start thinking some m=nonsense but i am not able to concentrate on studies.So doctor please give me some tips by which i can improve my concentration.Thank you.

There is nothing to worry i had some tips for you
Ghee improves memory power and concentration
Pranayama for at least three minutes a day
Milk is another memory booster according to Ayurveda
Playing memory games, sudoku, chess etc helps.
Regular exercise schedule
memorize an answer or a paragraph, reading it loud helps memorize
Include fruits, fruit juices, almonds and vegetables in your diet.
Breakfast can be a bit heavy, so also the lunch. But night dinner should be light and more with fibrous materials.

Including this there are some good herbs for concentration and Memory power in Ayurveda . Ready drugs are also available.
Brahmi (bacopa monneiri), Shankapushpi Clitoria ternatea), Shatavari (Asperagus racemosus) an Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) are a group of herbs having excellent anti oxidants, and immunomodulator properties.
