How can I get sleep naturally without using the sleeping pills ?

hi i am 40 years old and i have sleeping problem whenever i go to bed i cant sleep unless i take the pill of sleeping.I wanna natural sleep without tablets so what should i do

Various yogaasanas that are effective in the treatment of insomnia are shirasana, sarvangasana, paschimottanasana, uttanasan, viparitakarni and shavasana.
A cup of milk with honey at bedtime is helpful in inducing sleep.
Butter milk at bed time
Cold hip bath and hot bath at bed time is effective
Controlled breathing at bed time

Drink hot milk before sleeping, read a book while in my bed, reading is one of the best sleep inducers. Dont sleep in the afternoon, abstain from coffee, tea after 6-m, have a light dinner.
