Its normal to get tummy and increased fat deposits on hip, , abdominal, ,thigh after delivery,normal or c section as abdominal and pelvi muscles looses its tone.
Medications or lotion may not give required results that much early as advertised.and you may get fat deposits when not used.
Always slow and study toning helps to maintain the muscle in condition.Better option is exercises.
If normal you can start
abdominal exercise after 6 weeks, if c section start after 12 weeks.
So decide and start with the exercises, it gives better result and permanent.
Concentrate on exercises that reduce fat on
abdomen and hip
Pelvic muscles, gluteal that is abdominal crunches,Cycling, leg lifts, kegels exercise.
Aerobics are much more important like walking, swimming.
A good diet that is
Reduce oil, salt, sugar in diet.Take plenty of water, fruits and vegetables in form of saladsfor each meal.
Breast feeding helps in burning additional calories.
Take calcium and
iron supplements if required.
