some people have tendency for deposition of fat around that area.obviously first thing which you can do is to have right diet (low in fats) and regular physical workouts.
there are some stretching exercise exercises which can help a little.
If u are more concerned about looks than you can go for lipo suction but thats an invasive and a surgical procedure.
consult a good dietician for right diet and also check your blood sugar levels.
