The blow could have caused muscle inflammation in the side of your neck.Three days of Anti-inflammatory tablets like Aceclofenac twice a day will do likely. If there is a swelling you may take Chymoral forte 3 times daily for 3 days and a 5-day course of Cefixime 200 twice daily.if still not okay then do show a surgeon.

Hi, welcome to could not find the injury there but there is, it would have caused micro bleeding of blood, and hence infection and is spreading. you need to use antibiotics, anti inflamatory analgesics, and protiolytic enzymes under the supervision of a surgeon. thank you.
