Dermatologist Dr. Puvvula Kishore Kumar's  Response
Hi..dear kristina..,
Thanks for choosing HCM..,
Getting fairness for coming baby is not possible..,
before 38 weeks of gestation..,
Bcoz skin maturity...
takes place after 38 weeks...,
the full-term newborn has only a small amount of this cheeselike substance in body creases and the hair. By the 40th to 42nd week of gestation the skin of the newborn is pale and opaque, whereas the skin of the baby born before this period of gestation may be thin and transparent; venules can be seen under the skin on the abdomen. ..,
The following have beneficial for skin fairness...
1) Vitamin A ....is a fat-soluble nutrient that is necessary for the maintenance and healing of epithelial tissues. Your skin is of course your largest expanse of epithelial tissue...,
2) Eat eggs, and low-fat dairy products ...,
will give fairness of skin.
3) Take plenty of green leafy vegetables..fruit juices..,
4) increase Ur Hb at optimum level..,.ok
