How can I gain weight and build muscle mass ?

Hi, doctor I am 25 year old single male my hight is 5.10 and weight 47 kg, I look so skinny. I am chef By profession, there is no fixed time to have my daily meal . I have to increase my weight and gain more muscles. Please suggest something for me. Thank you.
