Hi santosh;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Early discharge of semen is due to over excitement;also don't mastrubate daily.For increasing the time you should stop just before semen comes out ;wait for a minute then again start ;Do this exercise 3-4 times during mastrubation ;infew days the time will improve.secondly penis when not erect becomes relaxed & looks shrinked don't worry.And lastly night falls happen to people who do mastrubation very rarely or who fantasize so you see night fall is a naturally occurring thing for such people to discharge excess of semen ;as you mastrubate there is no excess of semen left to be removed ;you already did it.All the complaints are normal no need to worry.
Thanks
