How Can I Control High Blood Sugar , Having Headache , Fatigue And Neck Pain ?
I AM 56 BUSY GYNAECOLOGIST HAVING HIGH BLOOD SUGAR 190 GM % PLESAE SAY MANAGEMENT KEEPING IN MIND MY BUSY WORK LOAD.HAVING HEADACHE /FATIGUE / NECK PAIN

Hi doctor,
your blood sugar 190 mg ? FBS ?? PPBS. Whatever is that it is not too high .It can be controlled by diabetic diet 1800 kcal, fiber rich low triglyceride diet, metformin will be the drug of choice if your renal functions are within normal limits. Consult diabetologist /Physician .You require glycosylated hemoglobin, FBS, PPBS,renal function tests, thyroid fuction test and lipid profile .All need to be addressed and treated accordingly.Go for isotonic exercises atleast 30minute for 5 days in a week

Your blood sugar?fasting or pp,not mentioned your height ,weight and not mentioned present medication.I like to advice first compete diabetic check up in the mean time be with stict diet and life style modification. Afer knowing the investigative reports I can advice medications.
