You haven't mentioned about your height,gender and present weight to evaluate how much your are overweight
,your BMR etc.In general you can boost your metabolism
by eating small amount of food at small intervals of time,rather eating too less or giving long gaps between your meals.Do kapaalbhaati and several yogasanas (like vajraasan,anulom-vilom)daily to boost your metabolism.Some Ayurvedic preparations like Hingvashtak churna,kumariasav also help in improving your digestion.
