welcome to healthcaremagic
first thing to do is to know the cause of so low haemoglobin and treatment accordingly
diabetes and blood pressure should always be under control
most probably it is nutritional anaemia due to iron deficiency
as your mother is diabetic get a diet chart from your doctor and followed
diet should be balanced and high protein. antihelmenthicsmay be taken as advised
iron preparation should be taken in therapeutic dose
