How Best Can Piles With Rectal Bleeding Be Treated?

Dear sir i am suffering from piles since last 14 yrs after stool some drops of blood comes and i take around 4 to 5 litres of water daily.Now i am fed up with this desease and i want to operate .i am working in saudi and in feb2012 i am going for annual vacation for 1 month suggest me best doctor in ahmedabad and which type of surgery i have to undergo so it can be permanently cure.
