My friend has been suffering from cyst in Uterus & choclate cyst problems. How can she help her out? Are there any complications?

Chocolate cyst develops due to endometriosis. She must be having very painful periods and the chances of conceiving and having a baby are quite low.If the problem is severe, then she needs to undergo a laparoscopy for proper diagnosis, extent of disease and for the treatment.
