hi i have a smooth pink spot on tongue what can it be? it dosent hurt or anything

People have different patterns on there tongues, even colors sometimes. If its there since birth or many yrs, and there are absolutely no other symptoms, and you do not smoke or chew tobacco.... then you may ignore it.
But if you do , or in case of any symptoms or changes in that spot, visiting a general physician will be adviced.
